GENERAL ANCHORAGE POSITION -
As area covered by limiting circle with center on
Latitude - 20 - 11.5' N, Longitude - 86 - 42' E
and Radius of 0.75 NM.
TANKER ANCHORAGE POSITION -
As area covered by the limiting circle with center on
Latitude 20 - 11.5' N, Longitude 86 - 45' E
and radius of 0.75 NM.
I. Vessel's steamer agent should submit all valid documents/certs with marine department before arrival at this port for acceptance of the vessel.
II. Format of Shipping register should submit with port control before arrival directly by master/steamer agent.
III. Vessel should contact by VHF -16 for safe anchoring position.
PILOTAGE
i. Day and Night Navigation facilities are available
ii. Boarding Pilot will verify the original certificate like
a. Certificate of vessels class
b. Ship's Sanitation certificate
c. Full set of P&I certificate
iii. Boarding pilot will issue free pratique after checking above docs in original.
iv. Only in case of rough sea, bad weather and cyclonic warnings, pilot will not board the vessel.

WEATHER
a) The weather parameters for operating the vessel at Port will depend upon the circumstances prevailing at that time. The Port Authority will consider the circumstances before taking any decision to suspend and/or resume operations.
b) Warning on severe weather conditions will be intimated to all the vessels. Port Authority shall decide about shifting of the vessels from berth to anchorage on the basis of severity of weather conditions which shall be communicated to the vessels.
c) The Port will hoist signals on top of Port Signal Station in case of adverse weather conditions as per norms.

i.Fresh water can supply by port only through shore connection and barge supply
ii. Fresh water can be supplied at berth by Shore connection cost is USD 4.31.+ S.tax pmt (subject to a minimum of 64.71 USD+S.tax (Foreign Vessel)
iii.Fresh water can be supplied at berth by Shore connection cost is Rs.106.08+ S.tax pmt (subject to a minimum of Rs.1590.89 +S.tax (Coastal Vessel)
iv.Supply by Barge cost is USD 8.63 + S.tax subject to minimum of 345.14 USD (S.tax is applicable) (Foreign Vessel)
v.Supply by Barge cost is Rs.212.15+.S tax subject to minimum of Rs.8486.19 (Coastal Vessel)
vi.At Anchorage (Roads) pmt is usd 20.38, subject to a minimum of 1698.75 USD (Foreign vessel ) and for coastal pmt is Rs.501.22+s.tax, subject to a minimum of Rs.41,768.69
FUEL / PROVISION
i.Bunker supply is available at Paradip and the supplier is M/s. IOCL .Supply will made after 100% advance payment and 3-4 working days required.owns book it through bunker broker
ii.Provision can supply by the registered ship chandler of port.
GANGWAY
No shore gangway available, vessel should provide gangway
